At Reflections of Asia, we strive to provide you with the best eCommerce & Shopping - Textil experience. We understand that sometimes returns become necessary due to various reasons. This return policy aims to guide you through the process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. Return Process

2.1. Authorization

Prior to returning an item, you must contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be accepted or processed.

2.2. Packaging

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible. Include all relevant accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product.

2.3. Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status and initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the nature of the issue. We may request supporting evidence such as photographs to assist in the resolution process.
